My use of the word “salon” goes back to the 19th Century when it was the name for the first and formal room of every home. It was the room used for receiving new people, often dignitaries – prominent people in the community. These people where doing much for the community and met to chat about how to be more effective. It was an in-person Tweet or FaceBook comment about society. I hope you got the right idea from my blog post. Much appreciation for your comment. Pasha
