There’s A Word for It

They say it’s best to get control of your private thoughts, that running script that plays out in your head without ever gracing your lips. OMG you would be so dissed, so chastised if ever anyone could hear what you were thinking. I venture to suggest that those negative thoughts are coming back onto you in the form of negative events and circumstances. Chance circumstances, or so they seem.

Anyway, nowadays most everyone agrees with the need to keep positive thoughts and that it’s not an easy habit to keep.  I have an idea. I’ve tested it, it is helpful.  It’s like a game. I suggest you find a word for things. Just anything running past your eyes. Any word will do.

Nice, smooth, soft, stiff, strong, wavy, clear, cool, shiny, beautiful, creamy, frosty, delicious, gorgeous, handsome, clever, talented, gifted, sweet, satisfying, helpful, warm, wonderful.

It can be several words together. Beautifully made, Wonderfully written, lucky one, great design,

Perfect timing, great music, good song, lovely shape, nice print, custom design, delicate texture,

Strong surface, made to last, full of thought, dancing light, awesome view, sexy idea.

It can be fun. Its better when it is FUN.

The other part of this game is to imagine these words as vibrations of energy charged by the feeling you experience while you do the game. Then imagine the vibrating words and the visual image connected to it staying inside you stored just below your navel (belly button). Some people call this your solar plexus.

That’s a belly-full of positive thoughts. Walk around with it for a while and notice what changes for you. It’s important to give it a good chance to turn out well. Leave doubt behind. Have some fun.

I’d love to hear what happens.

Love,

Pasha
